Account Dashboard
The Account Dashboard is your central place for managing your ioLoop account. From here, you can create and manage Projects, access Projects shared with you, manage collaborators, update account information, and review your subscription and billing.
While the Project Editor is where you build and customize individual Projects, the Account Dashboard is where you manage Projects, collaboration, and resources at the account level.
Dashboard Sections
The Account Dashboard is organized into five sections:
- My Projects — Create, view, open, power on or off, restart, and delete Projects owned by your account. You can also manage Creator access to individual Projects.
- Shared with Me — Access Projects owned by other ioLoop accounts that have granted you access.
- Account Profile — Review and update account profile and billing contact information. Accessible only to the primary account holder.
- Creators — Add and manage collaborators who help develop and publish Projects. Creator management requires account administrator permissions.
- Billing — Manage subscription information, invoices, payment methods, and review AI-Wiz credit usage. Accessible only to the primary account holder.
The dashboard header also displays your current subscription plan and may offer an Upgrade option when applicable.
Projects and the Project Editor
A Project is the workspace for an application built with ioLoop. It can include Frontend pages and forms, a Backend database, Cloud Flow, AI Agents, integrations, users, access rules, and publishing settings.
From the dashboard, select a Project to open it in the Project Editor, where you develop, configure, test, and publish your application.
Projects are organized by ownership:
- Owned Projects appear under My Projects and are managed according to your account permissions and subscription.
- Shared Projects appear under Shared with Me. They remain under the control of the owning account, and your access depends on the permissions granted to you.
Collaboration and Access
ioLoop supports collaboration through Creators, who are people authorized to work on Projects in an account.
Creators can be assigned Project-specific permissions such as Viewer, Contributor, or Publisher. Account-level Publisher rights can also grant broader publishing access across the account.
Creators are distinct from the Users and User Groups configured inside a Project, which control access to the application's published experience.
For more information, see Creators.
Subscription and Project Availability
Your subscription determines the resources and allowances available to your account, including limits on Projects and Creators.
Projects can be powered on or off. Depending on your subscription, you may have a limit on how many Projects can be active simultaneously. Powering off a Project can free active Project capacity without deleting the Project.
Some actions, such as activating additional Projects or adding Creators, may require an upgrade or the purchase of additional licenses.
For details, see My Projects and Billing.
