Billing
Billing is where you review and manage your ioLoop subscription, invoices, payment methods, AI-Wiz credit usage, and account billing information.
Only the primary account holder can access and manage billing information. Other Creators, including those with account-wide Publisher privileges, cannot access this section.
Billing Sections
The Billing page is organized into five expandable sections:
- Invoices: View billing history, invoice details, and outstanding payments.
- Payment Methods: Add, manage, and select preferred payment methods.
- Subscription: Review your current subscription, recurring charges, and billing schedule.
- AI-Wiz Credits Usage: Review AI-Wiz credit consumption associated with your account.
- Account: Manage account-level actions, including account deletion.
Each section can be expanded or collapsed to view its details.
Sections requiring attention, such as an invoice with a payment error, may expand automatically.
Invoices
The Invoices section displays your billing history and account balance information.
Each invoice may include:
- Date: The date the invoice was issued.
- Invoice ID: The unique identifier for the invoice.
- Description: Details of the charge.
- Status: The current payment status.
- Amount: The invoice amount.
Select an invoice to view its details.
Invoice statuses may indicate whether a payment is paid, pending, refunded, or has encountered an error.
If a payment has failed, the dashboard displays a warning and may provide a Pay Now action to resolve the outstanding balance.
Payment Methods
The Payment Methods section allows you to manage the payment methods associated with your account.
Saved payment methods may display information such as card details, payment method type, date added, preferred status, and any payment errors.
You can:
- Add a Payment Method: Add a new payment method to your account.
- Set as Preferred: Designate a payment method as your preferred method for billing.
- Remove Preferred Status: Remove the preferred designation from a payment method.
- Delete a Payment Method: Remove a saved payment method from your account.
If a payment method encounters an error, the dashboard highlights the issue so you can update your payment information or select another payment method.
Keeping a valid payment method on file helps prevent interruptions to your subscription.
Subscription
The Subscription section displays information about your current ioLoop subscription and its recurring charges.
Subscription details may include:
- Order ID: The identifier associated with your subscription order.
- Start Date: When the subscription began.
- Subscription Type: Your current subscription plan.
- Next Charge Date: When the next recurring payment is scheduled.
- Subscription Items: The items included in your subscription, including applicable additional licenses or recurring add-ons.
- Item Prices: The charges associated with individual subscription items.
Your current subscription plan is also displayed in the Account Dashboard header.
Upgrading Your Subscription
If an upgrade is available, an Upgrade action may appear beside your current plan.
When upgrading, ioLoop may calculate a prorated charge for the remaining portion of your current billing cycle.
The updated recurring subscription amount then applies from the next billing cycle.
Your subscription determines the account resources and allowances available to you, including active Project capacity, Creator allowances, and other plan-specific features.
For more information about managing active Projects and collaborators, see My Projects and Creators.
AI-Wiz Credits Usage
The AI-Wiz Credits Usage section displays recent AI-Wiz credit consumption associated with your account.
AI-Wiz operates on a prepaid credit model. Every ioLoop subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits, and additional credits can be purchased when needed.
Included Monthly Credits
Each subscription plan includes a specified amount of AI credits that are refreshed at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.
- Included credits are available for use during the current billing cycle.
- Unused included credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
- At the beginning of each new billing cycle, the included credit allocation is reset according to your current subscription plan.
Purchased Credits
You can purchase additional AI credits beyond those included with your subscription.
Unlike included monthly credits, purchased credits do not expire. Any unused purchased credits remain available for future use, including across billing cycles.
Credit Consumption Priority
When you use AI-Wiz, credits are consumed in the following order:
- Included Monthly Credits: Credits provided by your subscription are consumed first.
- Purchased Credits: Once the included monthly credits are exhausted, AI-Wiz automatically begins consuming your available purchased credits.
At the start of a new billing cycle, your included monthly credit allocation is refreshed and is again consumed before any remaining purchased credits.
Monitoring Credit Usage
Review the AI-Wiz Credits Usage section to understand your account's AI credit consumption and plan for additional credit purchases.
AI-Wiz usage consumes available credits and does not generate postpaid usage charges.
Payment Errors and Pay Now
If ioLoop cannot successfully charge your saved payment method for an invoice, the Billing page displays a payment warning or error.
Depending on your account's billing state, ioLoop may automatically retry the payment.
You can also take action to resolve an outstanding payment:
- Open the Invoices section and review the payment error.
- Check your saved payment methods in Payment Methods.
- Update or add a valid payment method if necessary.
- Select Pay Now, when available, to pay the outstanding invoice.
Resolving payment errors promptly helps avoid subscription interruptions or account suspension.
Delete My Account
The Account section includes the Delete my Account action.
Warning: Deleting your ioLoop account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account:
- Permanently deletes all Projects owned by the account, including their associated data and configurations.
- Makes the account's published applications permanently unavailable.
- Removes access to those Projects for Creators with whom they were shared.
- Closes your ioLoop account.
The dashboard requires confirmation before proceeding with account deletion.
Refunds are not provided for unused days remaining in the current billing cycle.
If you only want to temporarily stop a Project or free active Project capacity, consider powering it off instead. See My Projects.
Only use Delete my Account when you are certain that the account and all its owned Projects are no longer needed.
